I have been put on vocal rest until July 12th which is difficult as a parent and teacher. After several months of sickness, needing to continue to separate from the community so as not to speak more than necessary is mentally challenging.

Thank you for your continued prayers about my right arm issues. My PT appointments are definitely helping as the therapist continues to massage my arm for better blood flow and stretch it near elbow and shoulder for better movement. My PT has also given me exercises to do at home. The only problem is that for some reason, I have not been able to get my phone to access the Athletico site to review the exercises in more detail and record my activities with the exercises. So, put that on your prayer list - to gain access to Ahletico's website.

Family, I have an urgent prayer request for Bheki Motza. He is one of the missionaries I’ve served with in eSwatini (swaziland) and he has suffered a severe stroke. Bheki and his wife Erika need immediate prayers for their travels to the US and for his short and long term care.
His precious wife is also pregnant with their first child. Please pray for her and the stress of all of this.
And pray for the Church to show up for them! They have great support but they will need lots of support and financial help for his care and their stay in the states!

My right eye was injured last Thursday morning during Navy PT. I was diagnosed with a macular tear. I deeply covet your prayers, as a week later my eyesight has not been recovered; my retinologist said it might take a month or longer to heal.

Please pray for my son Isaiah's hip pain. He has had this pain for over 2 years, has seen multiple (8+?) doctors and specialists, has undergone many treatments, but with no relief. He was largely unable to run in cross-country his senior year and his prospects for track are dim. At this point, he has said his request is "to be able to walk on campus next year without pain." Pray for wisdom for his latest doctor and the efficacy of his latest treatment plan.
