I have a new PT/OT group and the practitioner knows her stuff! She diagnosed my right arm's shoulder impingement as "frozen" and she is having me do lower arm exercises to strengthen and stretch the muscles and tendons around the elbow. So it's weekly sessions of doing prescribed exercises and the practitioner pushing/pulling/massaging the right arm to get the tendons looser, blood flowing better, and shoulder ball joint area "unfrozen." So praise the Lord for insurance covered treatment and continued prayer that I will diligently do the prescribed exercises.

Thank you for your continued prayer for my right arm's shoulder impingement and elbow soreness. Please know your prayers are being heard because the elbow soreness is less of a problem and my right arm now has more movement like being able to reach my upper & lower back with less pain. Family, I have an urgent prayer request for Bheki Motza. He is one of the missionaries I’ve served with in eSwatini (swaziland) and he has suffered a severe stroke. Bheki and his wife Erika need immediate prayers for their travels to the US and for his short and long term care.
His precious wife is also pregnant with their first child. Please pray for her and the stress of all of this.
And pray for the Church to show up for them! They have great support but they will need lots of support and financial help for his care and their stay in the states!
